My daughter loves this workout set! she works out with me and has the beat time! I feel it halfway with water, so it’s not too heavy! If it does spill it won’t be a lot to clean up!

Its exactly as you see, 3 pairs of dumbbells. These are VERY light, perfect for a little kid. They can be filled with sand or water for extra weight as your kid grows.

These are perfect little pretend weights for young kids who want to participate with the grown ups! My only issue is that if you fill them with water, they do slightly leak out the cap. I’d guess sand may leak too. I shouldn’t have mentioned to my kids you can fill them with water…..

This have been perfect for letting my toddler lift weights with me. Didn't add water or anything to them so can't rate that part . The only down side is the toddler likes to chew on the plug that allows you to put water in. Which the plugs have stayed in pretty well, but I just had to take them out and put them up so it didn't become a chocking hazard. But then that allowed them to bend in a little bit, but not a huge deal.

1kg filled with water is actually a little over 0.5 kg. Same for the rest. Half of what's marked. Leak a little as well

My grandkids love to exercise with me when then come over and always grab my weights but I worry about them dropping them in their toes and such. This is a perfect solution. I can fill less when the littler one is over and more when the older one is over and they have a blast getting muscles lol

I brought these for my sons preschool class they were doing a exercise study at school and needed some equipment. The teachers loved them they were light enough for the kids to be able to handle and sturdy enough to survive a gang of 4 year Olds handling them.
