Absolutely delish!
I drizzle this on mozzarella, buratta, veggies, beans, and salad greens. Then add a dash of salt and pepper and there is no need for a "real" salad dressing. This is thick and delish!

Perfect balance of sweetness & acidity
I had this while in Rome a couple of months ago at a Michelin star restaurant It’s just amazing. It’s thick with a perfect balance that can be used for salads , cheese, fruit, or just about anything!! Just buy it!!!!❤️

Incredible
Got 3 - two gifts and one for myself. After ravs from the two who got it as gifts and tried it but i must say it was incredible and worth being up front in the flavor profile

Thick, sweet and delicious
This little bottle should last a while since the flavor is so strong. My favorite way to have this is just using it to dip fresh crusty Italian bread into but I’ve drizzled it onto roasted brussel sprouts, green salads, fruit salads, honey and cheddar cheese on a crusty bread sandwich. This would be a perfect host/hostess gift.

VERY GOOD
Brought one back from Italy 2 years ago and was one of the best I ever tried. Definitely worthwhile the value and the time.

The perfect balsamic! I could drink this stuff.
This balsamic is 4% acid and full bodied. It is perfect on everything. First bought it in Modena! It is perfect on salad, with cheeses, in marinades, on fruit, anything! It truly is dense and sweet. I hope they get it back into production or I'm going to have withdrawals! Sad it has increased more than 61% in price!

Balsamic Heaven in a bottle!
I brought 3 jars of this home from Italy and nothing compares. Paid 10 Euros each in UK but had to have more! Drizzle it over Bruschetta, salads & fresh veggies. Now if I could just get my hands on some creamy Lemocello!
