Cheap rubbish, doubt if it's stainless.
Not stainless steel. Looks like cheap, chrome plated pressed steel. Above all, it doesn't work very well, the bottle top very fiddly to get in the right place place. Really not good.

Works exactly as expected.
Screwed it to the side of the cupboard in the study. Works flawlessly. Very solid and if you fix it securely you will be itemising it in your Will.

Not Stainless steel
this bottle opener is not stainless steel, its mild steel, the finish is poor and went rusty when it got wet

Not very good bottle opener
This seemed like a great idea and looks cool on the wall but it doesn't work very well unfortunately, takes a few attempts to catch the bottle top and you have to get the bottle at nearly 90 degrees so it spills drink on the floor when you do eventually manage to open it. So I wouldn't recommend it.
