I was unsure about getting these before I ordered them. But I "risked it" and they are fantastic. You need to make sure you have a deep shoe that they fit in, and they could be a tad longer so your not stepping on so much of a heal. Additionally as they are layered, the way they fit together means that if you just want to use one of the thinner (less height) layers, it will have big balls/bumps on them and they are not smooth.However, this can easily be overcome by putting it underneath the shoe insole or placing it under an additional insole. On the plus they work very easily, you can basically add as much or a little hight as you want. One of the things I really love about them is how soft and bouncy they are. They are SO comfortable. I couldn't believe it when I tried them on. Only after trying them did I realise how tough and uncomfortable my previous inserts were. How good they are, far outweighs any small short fall they may have. I STRONGLY encourage people to purchase, they have been fantastic, better then imagined !

Probably the most comfortable 'lifts' I've ever worn. There is a feeling of bounce with these in, which means it doesn't feel like the heels are made of concrete. It's a no brainer to get the three layer one. You might think you don't need that much, but remember this gives you the option to adapt them to the shoes. Some shoes might have barely half an inch of a heel, that's when you might use two-three layers. I can use all three layers in leather winter boots I just purchased, and with these in I'm almost 6 feet tall. Good heel support regardless of what you want these for. Will be buying another set definitely.Edit: Keep seeing reviews saying they don't fit into shoes/trainers. Do you reseach. Look at your shoe. Will it fit a 3" heel inside it? It's not rocket science guys.

Pretty decent. You can stack them all together if you like or use one size each. Comfort is good, only concern is they might not last very long.

I don’t understand where these nice reviews are coming from ! I would recommend this product at all.I tried it in all my shoes , boots , trainers and my foot will definitely not fit in the shoes when using them . Even if you use that’s the small part as it comes with three parts still will be hard to fit and also they will make my boots looks wrinkly.Please don’t waste your money as I did !

I have now bought three pairs of these for my trainers and my boots so I don’t have to remove and transfer them depending on which pair I’m wearing. I mainly only use the higher top layer to gain a bit of height and they are so comfortable and durable.

He charged me to much the price was very where 5 pound or 3 pound put he did charge me 16 pound now he selling only 7 puond can I have my money back bkz he did to much charge me I’m not happy at all

I was optimistic about these insoles. I purchased them as I was wanting to increase my height in my 'flatter' style shoes. However the purpose of being able to increase my height with 3 layers was to infect be able to use all 3 layers. Unfortunately due to the design, I found that anything over the 1st layer just won't allow my foot to fit within the shoes that I already own in my correct size, it would seem for the these items to work efficiently I would have to purchase wider, larger and deeper shoes to accommodate the depth and width that is needed for my foot, and the insoles to fit into the shoe without them being either noticeable or able to allow my foot in the shoe as well. Since purchasing this item, and trying out in multiple different style shoes, heels, trainers, boots etc I have now just left the insoles in the drawer and have return to using my shoes without.

I love platform chunky trainers. I’m just under 5 ft. I heard about these, I thought I must try, as was costing me more money buying new trainers, only to make me look taller. They really do, they fit in all my trainers, I’m almost as tall as my partner (well it feels like that) all I can say is TRY THEM YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
