(Almost) perfect product.
They feel great in the ears and do really sound "round" and clear.The noise control is effective and easy to toggle on/off.The complete absence of volume control capacity (you have to use your phone or BT connected device, like a smartwatch) is a real bum!It's a pity, because it makes it almost perfect.The shipping and handling has been outstanding.

Horrible
It took ages to connect to my phone and I had one before. Then, the battery didn’t last for 2 minutes. Such a joke. Requested a return, I send the item and until now, I haven’t received any email that they have received my return so they could start processing my refund. And we all agree how hard it is to speak with an associate on amazon. The worst part of buying here is that if we have a problem with any item and depending on where you bought it, be aware that it could be very easy or very difficult and stressful.

Perfect for what i need them for
Absolutely love them. Sound cancelling is great and can definitely tell the difference when not on. Great sound quality and great when out walking the dog.Only issue i have had is when i get a call but not sure if that wasnt down to signal

Ordered a few months ago, really like them. Going to buy another one for my wife because she uses them more than I do

Did not work unfortunately, so I had to return. This seems to be a flaw with this particular model.
