I use it every night. I am sleeping better and have less cramp and muscle spasms after exercise. Easy to use. Not geasy. Dont need to rub it in . Was a bit stingy the first few times but I moved the spray further away from body when spraying and now itsfine.

Good product to release muscle tension

This spray has really helped my restless legs. Or rather I should say it has helped my wife as she is no longer disturbed. I use the spray every night before bed.

Brilliant product, I spray behind my knees, on the soles of my feet and in the crook of my elbow, I sleep well and don’t get cramp.

Not as beneficial as I was led to believe by the advertising information, thought it would give me at least some relief from pain and tingling sensation but it has not

been applying every other day so far & it seems to be working, so I will see how it carries on, but so far so good.

Great smelling lotion . Non greasy and helps aching joints

Cant live without it.
