This was bought as a gift for a child as a starter set to have the experience of an electric guitar without the cost of a more proffesional set up. Excellent value for money but does need to be set up before use. Contains everything needed to start playing.

Ideal for beginners

Bought this about a year ago, good bit of kit, everything you need, very well priced and no problems after 11 months of playing. Obviously it’s not perfect being a starter kit the sound quality is decent but not perfect but that doesn’t matter it’s for beginners…. If I could be bothered to buy a better amp I’m sure it would sound even better… I would definitely recommend.My only complaint was that I got sent one with a white face instead of black as you can see in the picture but to be honest I like it. Even though i don’t play it a lot at the moment it still looks great in my room thanks to the stand.

Good for beginner

Feels really well made. Much heavier than expected as some cheap ones are really lightweight. Keeps tuned well . The amp is plenty when learning as you don't want to annoy the neighbours when you play as badly as me. Strap is a bit rubbish but that's the only negative though it does its job . Great value. Also some reviews say it has a euro two pin plug on the amp. Mine came with a 3 pin which was great. Only problem was I ordered an adapter because of the reviews which was a waste of money. So wait till it arrives before you order an adapter

The guitar wasn't very good. 2 of the strings were not set in the nut properly, some frets protrudesd past the fretboard. The frets were not polished, giving a scratching sound when being played. Lovely looking guitar, but when tried to return the seller does not pay return costs, so decided to repair the guitar myself! Avoid.

This guitar kit is great value for money but, there is no overdrive function on the amp as states and the whammy bar is useless, it screws in but doesn't do anything just for show I guess. There is also a bit of hiss from the amp. The instructions/guide is for an acoustic guitar and not an electric one.
