Everything is included
Great product and good price. Came with all nessesary accessories to be able to use immediately. Perfect for any 4 camera CCTV that requires 12 volt.

Two status LEDs went out; otherwise a great power supply
This is a great unit for many 12V needs (CCTV, automation, etc), because it has 4 independent output circuits/channels (5A total), adjustable voltage to compensate for transmission loss, robust screw-down terminals behind a clear safety cover, a mounting hole that's not hidden behind the unit (saves you install time), and a wide source AC voltage tolerance. Runs relatively cool for its output power level.It also has a green indicator LED for each circuit. On my unit, however, two of those LEDs have gone out (the circuits are fine though) so I took one star off.

Included power cable does not work
Unit not functioning until I realized that the power cable included is non-functional. It looks like other reviewers had the same problem I did. Once I used a different cable, the unit works as expected.
