This is great! I can talk and see my Great Grandchildren. They can all call me even the two year old can find my picture and press on it. I use this most days. I read books, help with homework, watch them dance and sing, do cartwheels. We bought ours about 7 years ago,when my son bought one for himself and his daughter who moved out of state. We now have two granddaughters with 7 children between them, so we bought another one this year for the other family, and keep connected with each other. It works better than a cell phone for the kids to use. The camera pans in and out so if they are doing cartwheels I can see the whole cartwheel. Ours is still going great after 7 years.

This portal gave my brother hands free video calling while he is confined to a hospital bed. We could visit with him without being exposed to illness and simpler and larger images than a phone.

I just came across this item I purchased last year. I would have reviewed back then. I reached out when I received to say that it came with a different plug from another country because there are no outlets in the United States that I could plug this into and received no help. I give this a zero rating. So disgusted.

Bought one for my entire family and it works really well.

I got this product assuming that it was like a tablet that had Facebook encrypted in it I guess so iwasn't sure exactly what I was getting into, but I thought that I would be able to stream Netflix or Hulu or Disney or even HBO or anything. But it is strictly only Facebook or YouTube and you can't even watch all of YouTube videos. It only allows you to watch some of them, which I find incredibly inconvenient. I actually put it in my kitchen so I could watch videos or listen to music while doing dishes and I can listen to music. However, I cannot watch any type of videos unless I choose to watch them on YouTube and the ones on YouTube are limited to certain channels. It's not all videos like you would be able to watch even on your phone. I was very disappointed by that. You can also sign in to zoom on that, which I found pretty cool. That's actually a new feature. So they are adding things but I do think that it needs quite a bit of work for it. Continue to be something that people will buy. I also am under the impression that they are about to no longer even sell these because of how poor the market is for these because a lot of people don't want to buy the device because it is not like a tablet.

Meta/Facebook is trying to close out the inventory of this device.- Has hardly less then 10 apps- Has No good collection of apps.- Even Facebook, we have to access it through web browser.If they have to sell more, at least they should open the device for Google Play Store installation.Otherwise, it is a landfill.
