I wash in cold water on delicate and also use low heat setting or delicate on the dryer. They will hold up for a very long time.

Q: do you wear white undergarments or nude undergarments for white clothes?

If the white material of your outfit is sheer and see through, nude colored undergarments is certainly the best choice. Choose undergarments that best match your natural skin color. If the white material is thick enough that nothing underneath it shows through, white is fine.

Q: I have a flat tummy but need "push up" for my butt. Will these help?

I don't think you'll know until you try them. My issue was wanting a flat tummy.
