This darling String of Hearts came well-packaged. (Pre-pandemic I was wary of buying plants through the post because of all the potential from damage en route, but Thompson and Morgan seems to have that all sorted). The tiny, delicate stems were all wound up neatly. It was wrapped in a plastic sleeve which kept healthy moisture in. Further packaging protected it from being squished or bumped—as you can tell, I was very relieved with how nice the plant looked on arrival. My String of Hearts came with a houseplant guide, and didn’t need to be repotted or anything. According to the guide, it had been “sent ready for the season ahead.” So this little love went straight into my sloth planter, and I couldn’t be happier with it! Such a delight in chilly late winter to see a healthy plant growing merrily on my windowsill! 🥰

I got the wrong plants sent to me, very similar, but different to what I ordered all the same. This place was a dream to deal with. I got the replacement in perfect time for what I needed it for. I offered to pay for the two extra plants but they refused. I will definitely be back here for any plants I need. These are by far the biggest plants, that I’ve ordered online, great size, very healthy, great price, good delivery , packaged well and great customer service . Nothing else you could ask for.

Tiny plant, I was so disappointed by what arrived for the price. The trailing strands of the plant were wound around on top of the pot so it took ages to uncurl these & bits were broken.My picture shows the plant alongside my TV remote for idea of size. I’d paid £12.99 and expected a much larger plant. A lesson for me I must read all of the information.

Poorly packaged such that the plant had come out of the pot and the soil was loose. Bad quality soil. Not a very bushy plants. I ordered the same plant from another seller and it was half the price, far bushier and well packaged.

This beauty is growing well. Very nice new growth and has had loads of compliments.*EDIT* I've had this a year now and it's extremely healthy, long and has flowered consistently for months. It hangs from the curtain pole in a south east facing window and has grown so long that I've had to hook it up over itself. The colour is lovely and considering I have around 40 houseplants, this one is by far my favourite.

Great price and healthy plant

Ridiculously tiny, however it's still alive and arrived in one piece. Ridiculous price I feel for what it is so can't say I'm happy. I expected a bit sturdier plant from such a big company!

I can’t believe the reviews ! My plant arrived perfect and had lots of strings!Anyone who expected a bigger better plant is just simply asking too much!Exactly as described, exactly as pictured! For the plant purchased, this is a total bargain!
