OMRON HBF-306CN Fat Loss Monitor

For more accurate measurement I just get a DEXA scan from the hospital I go too. But I only do that twice a year so this works pretty well for getting body composition at home. Omron makes good quality products from what I can tell I am very satisfied with this handheld device. I also looked at some of their skills and have friends who own them. They seem to make a good quality product. I’ve tried other devices to measure body composition and so far the only ones I am satisfied with our from Omron. Good job. You are clearly a leader in this field.

These types of monitors are very dependent on the user to be accurate and consistent. Using at the same time of day and following instructions are crucial. This has been very consistent for me. Day to day it is within .5% of the day before, and my percentage I fee is very close to what my body fat percent is. Great to use to monitor to see exactly why you gained or lost weight- gain or lose fat or muscle etc. very happy with it.

Not brand new

I like to be able to get ballpark data on fat and bmi.Does that fine better than scales ive used.Worth it for a small investment.

Surprisingly accurate! I had the actual doctors office full body scan on bone, muscle, fat... BMI is a simple math equation The formula for BMI is weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared. ***Also you can put the same info in this and just change your age and by a few years and it’ll change you bf%..... if it’s truly reading your % with the electric signals through your body, then why would that change. It’s a scam guys. Take measurements and take progress photos. Old school baby. Save your money.
