Not too bad, sadly elderly parents have issues opening the door.
Well was a tad bit difficult to install due to a few different versions and depending on door opening side.But once finally installed its very solid, the only issue is that my elderly parents do sometimes struggle to open the door now and then. And changing the two closing speeds settings does not make it easier to open.But overall its not a bad item, just should say some people may have issues opening the door when fitted.

Great quality, easy to install
Well made and easy to fit. The instructions are almost completely non-verbal, but still clear enough when you concentrate. Fitted on church doors that need to be closed enough to stop them opening in the wind, and close slowly enough not to slam or hurt people. Replaced a 100 year old model with a broken spring.

Not great instructions
Only installation instruction was one double sided sheet of paper with templates for the mounting holes. Could have used a full installation guide as I had to wing it. Still, the product works as it should, but there is no main spring pressure adjustment, so the door is a bit heavy to open, only two adjustment screws, swing speed and latch speed.

Looks the part but creates another issue, how to hold open the door! Is too stiff to open the door.
Ok, not perfect, too stiff for an internal door.
