Very good tires
8/31/2015: Received the tires, first impression was good, being a fold-able tire, it is a little more effort to install, tire lever is recommended (my fingers are not that strong)i needed something with better flat protection on the commuter, as the stock tires that came with the bike was cut up badly with just 3000 miles on them, without being worn outwas gona go with Specialized Armadillo, but comparing the two, and the Gatorskin is $15 cheaper, and available on Amazoni order the 32c tires, to replace the 30c stockers, the commuter is the Secteur Disc, and i occasionally wander off road with it, hence the fat tiresat 350g (for 32c) they a much lighter than the stock Espoir Sport tires (440g), i do feel the different as they are rotational mass, it also has a taller profile while identical in width, (the 32c Roubaix Pro tires i have on the Diverge has similar height, but wider), this translate to a better compliant ride, not sluggish, just very smooth (i have the pressure set at 90psi for paved road riding)as for rolling resistant, it is hard to tell, it does require less effort, but that could be just being lighter tires, the Roubaix Pro seems to roll faster, but that was on the Diverge Carbon, a much lighter and robust bikeoverall this tires meet all my expectations with a competitive price point, will update over time on flat protection and durabilityi have a 4000 miles/year commute on bike in Boston, so i'll be interested to see how the tire fair against road debris/sand/gravel/snow/heatUPDATE 9/20/2015: 400 miles in, the tires are broken in, still flush on rough road, it seems to roll an bit better. The best part: not a single scratch on the tires, and this is on the same road that cut up my old tires to bits. Happy camper

IMO, These are the best for everyday hammering.
I'll just say these are the strongest tires for everyday riding, they will last a long time and seem to be more puncture resistant that the thinner skinned tires. They handle well, easy to maintain, a bit of a bitch to get on, kevlar beads are very tight and takes a lot of wrangling. I don't race so I use 700x25 tires. They ride nice, support my 192 lbs okay and If you don't ride in the winter, be sure to let the air out, otherwise the fabric sidewalls (or fiberglass strands, or whatever it is) will deteriorate and the tire will not handle as well and eventually if you keep riding it for a couple of years, eventually you'll have a bunch of blowouts and you'll need a new set. I think these are the best, although there's some newer brands that I haven't tried yet which maybe just as good if not better. You can buy two of these on ebay for the same price as one at other places. The advantage to amazon is if something is wrong you can get replacements pronto, no questions asked.

Better than great.
I have used about 2 sets of these tires over 2 and a half years and I swear by them. Coupled with a tire liner and I don't get flats, period. I tend to go through the rear tire faster but I don't do roads and paths exclusively, so I can see how small rocks eat into the outer rubber but the inner layer always stays intact. When installing, I just move the front to the rear and use the band new one on the front. I use these on an e-bike with a mountain frame and when ran at 85 psi on the front and 105 on the rear, it feels like a smooth rocket ship that makes the snobs jealous with their expensive Italian bikes.

PAIR IT WITH A PUNCTURE PROOF TUBE!
Bought a set of these with some puncture proof tubes and my tires are ROCK SOLID!! I am extremely confident I will stop experiencing constant flats on my future rides. I will update my review as time passes. Would recommend!

So far so good
I just installed a folding set of these in 32mm on my bike yesterday with new rims. I've ridden about 20 miles on them since I've had them and I have to say that so far they have been absolutely wonderful. I have a Trek FX 7.1 and it came with a crappy wheel set equipped with a pair of crappy Bontrager H2 tires. I have to tell you that those Bontrager tires are crap, as so were the rims that they were mounted on. They have such a rough ride that it felt like my teeth were going to rattle out of my head whenever I hit even a slightly rough patch. I ordered a set of 40 spoke sun rhyno rims, which also seem to be great, and I outfitted them with these Gatorskins.Compared to the Bontragers, these feel like riding on a cushion of air. They also roll very smoothly. I have read other reviews on these tires where people said that they have a rough ride, but in my case, coming from the tires that I had, these are lovely. They seem durable, although I haven't ridden them that much. I did ride them on a bit of gravel and they did great there too. So far I am really impressed. I am a little worried about riding these in the rain because of their somewhat slick nature. I will report back with impressions concerning riding in the rain as soon as I am presented with those conditions. I will also update my opinion on these tires if things change after more use.

Broken glass? No problem! These tires are "increvable!"
I've had these for 5 years and they haven't worn out yet. They have cracked all over and the thread parts are all coming out but they still work fine. My bike mechanic told me a year ago that he didn't want to inflate my tires because he was afraid the sidewalls would burst. Well guess what I kept on inflating them time and again and the tires are still holding up.I'm going to order new ones now, I guess mostly for appearances? I have ridden a few thousand miles on this set of tires, I commute to work daily through all types of weather.I did get a flat tire the week after I put them on and then again 5 years later, but in both cases it was an internal puncture, on the rim side, not because of anything I ran over. And I have run over plenty of broken glass with these!
