Perfect little add on
These truffle pearls are a bit on the expensive side but give dishes a little burst of truffle flavor. I use these to garnish pasta dishes and appetizers. I've purchased this several times.

Delicious...but challenging!
Absolutely uniquely delicious 4 sure!Only challenge is getting ALL of truffle pearls out of small jar!Used demi tasse spoon, yet still had remnants. Luckily my lady was able to use her lengthy fingernails to extract the last refugees!!

Top quality
Not too salty, wonderful quality. Very smooth texture. Fresh as if it came straight from the market.

Caviar eater's verdict: YUCK!
OK so this was a huge drop on the face purchase. It smells and tastes disgusting. I love caviar and normally like anything of "acquired taste".I came across some ideas how to eat this item and was very excited to give it a try. I made two different attempts. One was on salmon/ cream cheese/ canape' with this truffle caviar topping. The other was on plain boiled eggs (with egg yolk slightly runny, which is the way I prefer my boiled eggs). I was also going to try it on eggs benedict, but frankly, I do not want to ruin a perfectly good breakfast with this disgusting smelling and disgusting tasting crap. AT this price point, I was having way higher expectations. Even if this was free I'd still pass. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! GET THE REAL CAVIAR or TRUFFLE. (whichever is your preference...but this is rabbit poop!)

Now too EXPENSIVE on Amazon
This is a wonderful gourmet product. It used to be $35. Demand or whatever has it up to $60 for a small jar here.

Great on blinis
I served this as a special appetizer on Vday with creme fraiche and smoked salmon on blinis. My husband loved it.
