great cuff
This is one of the best manual Bp cuffs I have used in my 30+ years as a doc. The bulb is very easy to compress and reads are right on the button when calibrated. Easy to read gauge, just wish I could find a thigh cuff for my 300lbpatients made this well.

Old school item .Pricey but accurate.Numbers hard to read .We used a mirror with augmentation and lights , and was placed in front in order to see it . As an spare item is ok .

Manual blood pressure vs automatic cuff
Accurate blood pressure measurements and easy to use. This line is excellent for professionals. I am in the medical field and ability to take manual blood pressure is more accurate than use of automatic cuffs especially with irregular heart rhythms.
