Poorly made; poor customer service
This ships from India & has to be signed for.So I received this today and couldn't wait to open it. Upon inspection, I started noticing that some of the grinders' teeth looked odd. Upon closer inspection, these grinders appear to be lop sided! Certainly that would be OK if the valves in my old engine were elliptical in shape; but wait WHO HAS ELLIPTICALLY SHAPED VALVE SEATS!?!?!No one. These tools appear to have been made by hand. Some of the teeth on the same bit are large, some are small. Some of the bits had a flat side where the teeth seem to have been shaped horizontally across the bit instead of around the bit. This tool would damage my engine.Check out my photos. Right about the letter F in the word 'OF' you will see three teeth that look like they were hand made by little Indian children who got hungry and took a bite out of one!In the second photo, check the shape of the tooth below the second L in the word DOLLAR and off the first S in the word STATES. They are not the same shape.Update: I've added two more photos. The one with my finger in it, shows exactly where the tool is defective. The third photo shows teeth that are shaped differently as you circumnavigate the tool.Update: 3/22/2017After contacting the company, I was promptly blamed for opening the package. Then I was asked to send proof that the tools were defective AFTER I had posted pictures of same to Amazon. Then I was asked to wait for "Indian Standards." Not sure what that means. Then I was sent an authorization however, I was asked to pay for shipping. Shipping is $108 and a receipt can not be returned to me.At this point, I am going to need to involve Amazon. Please learn from my mistake and do not buy from this vendor.Update: 04/04/2017The seller is insisting I pay for shipping to a US address. But they have not given me a US address.Update: 04/14/2017This ordeal is still not resolved. We were not issued a return label, so I paid shipping to Amazon's US address provided. I have been promised that a credit will be issued for the final amount. Terrible customer service. Terrible product.
