Great product, works as described!!! Not sure why some have problems. But here's what I've learned:- the tent pole across the front is killer, keeps the top off my head perfectly!- always stays on! roll back the front, as designed with snaps, then you can reach thru and control latches- has holes on side that allow usage with free panels- haven't tried with softop ,only under hardtop. the door surrounds would likely impede funciton

I ordered this product twice because the snap on buttons that secure the front of the top were missing (both times, clearly a manufacturing problem), I called Bestop and told them about the issue, they said that since I did not purchase the item from them directly they could not do anything. Now, the item was not damaged, it was missing parts. bad customer service from Bestop. The only reason that I give it 2 stars is because the material is good, very sturdy and strong. Very disappointed and DO NOT recommend this product.

A 1 star rating since i received the top 8 days ago arrived with no snap straps to attach to front. All the hardware was loose inside box. I believe bestop sent me a used defective top. Filed warranty still have not heard back. Will probably have to return the top.Update - reached out to bestop for update on warranty claim. The gentleman i spoke with handled my issue professionally and sent out a replacement. The replacement arrived today. Everything is in order. 5 star rating for the service.

The first one they sent was wrong. But after notifying Amazon I had the correct one in just 3 days. Good product, good service.

A realy nice addition to our jeep. Driving around the the noon time sun can be a bit much but this top give the right amount of shade and cuts down on the wind buffiting at Hwy speeds. I'd like to figure out a modification for the two rear corner straps to make it quicker to install. All-in-all we really like it.

This is a great sunshade and works well, but one of the snap buttons fell off so now it only snaps backwards to allow the soft top to secure in front of it on one side. Kind of annoying since it’s Bestop and I expect it to hold up well. Either way, it was too much effort to get it installed just to take it off for one button. It still works great when the top is back and I love having it over not having one at all.

I like how quick to get my bikini top for my 2007 wrangler.

It didn't fit great, it was not a good install experience, it was awkward to remove, just a poor design in my opinion.
