I use this for muscle cramps in my legs at night, and it really helps.

A friend told me about these. He uses them for restless leg and for Charlie horse problems. I was sceptical but really tired of restless leg and Charlie horse problems at night. Nothing has ever helped me over the last 20 years. On my last restless leg episode which was keeping me from getting to sleep, I downed the recommended amount and within 5 minutes my legs stopped their evil dance! Wow! A couple weeks later, I could feel a leg full of Charlie horse cramps starting to build up. ( If you get these things you know what I mean). I took the recommended amount and Charlie decided to give up. No horsing around anymore 🤗

Muscle spasms causing pain in my jaw mostly stop when I use this. At minimum, it dulls my pain so it's bearable.
