MegaGear Fujifilm X-T20 (16-50mm / 18-55mm Lenses), X-T10 Ever Ready Leather Camera Case and Strap, with Battery Access -Black- -MG576-

My main concern was having a case that was a pain to remove, use and deal with. This is just not the case at all. The quality is WAY better than expected. The fit is perfect. I take care of my equipment and this purchase is helping a great deal with that.

Fits my Fuji Xt20 with the 18-55mm lense great! I like the old school look, it feels nice to wear, and the small strap works well with the smaller mirrorless camera. I also like how the lense cover comes off easily. Nice overall design.

Kudos for design aesthetic, materials, build quality (with caveats), price. Points off for fit (camera & tripod plate); cannot comment on durability yet as I've only used it for about a month and haven't dropped or bumped camera while using it. Improves the grip on the X-T20 substantially, although the corner piece on the left side seems rather vestigial and partially blocks the focus dial, which is slightly annoying. These are all minor nitpicks - what made me deduct half a star is mis-alignment of the battery compartment cutout. Granted, it's only millimeter or thereabouts, probably well within tolerances when machining the base plate, but once you add on the outer material and stitching, it's enough to prevent the compartment door from opening completely. This doesn't hamper changing batteries, but it is an issue when replacing SD cards on the X-T20; the battery door pushes against the card, prompting users to either (1) remove the card with a fingernail via the indention near the bottom of most SD cards or (2) push the battery door farther back to get better clearance. (2) could possibly damage the battery door and (1) is a bit of a hassle if you're trying to change cards on the fly. This could likely be fixed easily by shaving off .5-1 mm off the cutout in the base plate. The other half-star is for the positioning of the snaps on the bottom of the base plate, which are *just* close enough together to prevent it from seating properly on some tripod plates. Easy fix, just move the snap hardware a few mm and adjust the strap shapes on the wrap-around shroud, wouldn't take 5 minutes to change the CAD files.To summarize, I really like the design and idea of this case, but the execution is a little wanting. Not enough to make me want to return it, especially given the competitive price point, but the engineer in me wishes that the manufacturers had put more thought into tolerances. I hope this constructive criticism helps with later iterations of the product!

The media could not be loaded. (I'm not a photographer, i bought a camera just to take good pictures of my son while growing up)for me this is a great deal, i usually change my bag, so i just put this inside my bag mostly lens facing up, it's thick and i love that it can be detached from the bottom, i made some video just to help you decide, i had a hard time deciding what to get, I'm not into camera bags' i had the black and my lens is just the basic 16-50mm. FYI: i had hard time taking in english.

Just got this case in today. I liked it but it broke the 2nd time I took the camera out of it. The snap that connects to the bottom popped right off. I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this case.

I bought this based on all the great reviews and the good price. I wish I would have done more research on it beforehand. The leather is nice, but this isn't a perfect fit on my XT20. It's too tight in some area while being loose in the lens area (50mm lens on it). It's my fault for not realizing it beforehand but the top flip down is attached at the bottom with 2 very strong snaps- almost too strong. They are hard to snap on but once you flip back the top to shoot, it just falls off. You either have to hold it in your other hand or store it in a bag. There's also no battery/sd card access unless you unscrew the whole bottom and basically take the case apart. This photos of the listing clear show an access hatch. The screw on part at the bottom is great and secure, but there was white cardboard attached when I first opened the package and to get that cardboard off was a nightmare. It was tucked up under the screw, which was very tight to the case. I fought with it for a solid 15 minutes just to remove the trash before I could put it on the camera. I had to take tweezers to it and accidentally scratched the case some. Overall, it's an okay real leather case for the price, but I will be returning it due to a misrepresentation with the access hatch.
