I purchased the Spenco Ground Control Shoe Insoles for my 10-year-old son, an avid soccer player who trains and competes regularly. He was recently diagnosed with high arches, and this condition had been a source of significant discomfort for him, particularly causing severe heel pain after every game and training session.Since introducing these insoles into his soccer cleats, there's been a remarkable turnaround in his experience. The pain that used to plague him post-activity is now nearly non-existent. For what I wanted, this insole has just enough arch support, just enough cushion, is flexible, seems durable, is easy to cut to fit. A bit more expensive than the other insoles I've used, but overall excellent. Can recommend it, and will buy again.

I like the result of the insole. I was going to toss a hundred dollars plus pair of running shoes, now they are very comfortable, and my feet don't hurt.

I have high arches, and must wear insoles. I have tried EVERYTHING, and these are absolutely the best. I buy them over and over and over again. They don't come in every size, so I have to cut them to fit my shoes. My only bugaboo with them is they're quite bulky, so they don't fit dress shoes. I mainly wear them in athletic type shoes. I wish they would make a similar product that is less bulky for dress shoes. They're absolutely the best on the market that I'm aware of.

Do not go to big stores buying the flabby flimsy insoles that are overpriced. A co-worker told me about Spenco from her foot doctor's advice, and I am forever a customer of this insole brand from now on. So a few weeks ago I ordered these red/black Ground Controls and along a pair of Total Support Max version (blue/black insoles) to try them out and compare. The arch angle is higher than the Support Max and I am happy with the results. The insole is like a hardened mold lower component but it brings results. There is no squishing this insole down as like other brands over time. I wear a size 10.5 and the 10-11 fit perfectly with no trimming needed. Only issue is I wish I had ordered more Ground Control's for all my other shoes but will take care of that in a moment.But after 2 weeks I like these Ground Control Better for standing walking all day in on hard concrete floors and making the shoe work for you, instead of the other way around.

these fit and feel great, but squeak with each step and the squeak never goes away. loud enough to draw attention of others as you walk by. at first, i thought they needed breaking in, then i wondered if it was the shoe. after trying the insoles in several different shoes, i contacted the seller -possible defective pair? hopefully not all like this. they suggested breaking them in a bit, or trying in another pair of shoes. (sigh) they suggested reaching out to amazon customer service, and the inquiry died there. no response. buyer beware.

I got the ground control high arch insoles and I just want to tell you guys thank you!! I have a very hard foot to fit properly and these are life changing! I always thought that super tight painful hip flexors and hamstrings and low back pain were just a part of running for me until I finally found these insoles. I can’t tell you what a godsend these are. They support my high arch gently and also I feel like my foot fall is so much more natural now and doesn’t over probate thanks to the arch and the decoupled heel. My foot tracks straight!!! Running pain free from the moment I put them in my shoes. It’s a revelation!! This has been a life long search and I will buy these until you stop making them.

I purchased two of these in a size 5-6 women. THEY did not fit any of my shoes at all. Way too wide and long, I couldn't even shove them in my shoes. I normally wear a size 5 in spenco. I purchased these to fit in my boots which I normally wear a size 5.5 for thicker socks, but they still wouldn't fit into the boots. Don't get me wrong, they look and feel like a pretty good product. I ended up having my husband try it in his shoes. He wears a mens size 8 and they fit inside his shoes perfectly. At the very least I didn't have to return them and just had my husband use them. I gave this a 1 star review because most people would read the best or the worst, but not too much in between. I would have given this a 1 for sizing and a 4 or 5 for the actual product.
