Very good for the price
Been using these for a long time as part of an automated rain collection and use system. I use these to know when the flow stops, and monitor transfers between tanks. They don't like to eat twigs but hey, what would you expect? They won't always start on very low flows, but again, they are a very good trade-off for what they do at the price. The one I took apart (to remove a twig and fix some damage caused by wearing against said twig) was very well built and without having eaten something I shouldn't have let in there looks like it would have lasted more or less forever, and never leaked.

No Dead Spots
Love this ... unlike magnetic reed switch sensors this wont stall in a polarized location giving a false impression of flowing. it is also very sensitive to low flows which a reed switch cant do unless there is a threshold flow

Specified calibration seems to be off, but otherwise works as well as stated (2% accuracy)
Only 2% accurate, but the calibration factor specified as 7.5hz/(l/min)=450pulses/liter seems to be quite off as well. After averaging a couple of tests, I've calculated it to be more like 13.25hz/(l/min) = 796 pulses/liter.

Water heater supply
It is not to much reliable

Calibration formula incorrect
Got it to work. After testing and calibrating I found that using 6.5 instead of 7.5 as the multiplier gave much more precise readings. Anyone agree?

Garbage Threading
The threading on this is an absolute mess. I tried both BSP and NPT threading, with and without, Teflon tape and it still leaked like a sieve.

Working Great
I have this hooked to an esp32 (flashed with esphome) that talks to a RPi running Home Assistant and it's measuring the flow of water going to our garden. Works great.

Accurate, reliable.
Works very well and accurate. Added 0.1 cap on input for noise.
