This pan is huge! I was able to use over 4 burners, but had to continuously rotate the pan for even cooking. It takes some getting used to cooking in such a large pan, but my paella came out perfect! Cleaning was very easy as well! It was nice that I didn't need to treat this pan.

Our favorite style paella pan
Classic paella pan. Enameled steel is easier to keep clean than standard steel pans. The 22 inch size holds enough for 12 to 15 hungry guests. Needs the 16 inch two-ring gas burner at the very minimum. We've used the 16 inch enameled pan of the same brand and it yields about 6 portions for our hungry family. This pan is deeper as well as wider. Buy this pan with confidence - it's well made and cooks very evenly. Highly recommended.

Wonderful paella pan
Wonderful paella pan. This one completely fits my Weber so I can make paella for 8 now easily. Cleans very easy. High recommend.
