Superb, easy to use.
Seems accurate, once I became familiar it is easy to use, easy to set a route on my phone and upload and follow. Data transfer is done automatically at the end of a ride. Superb value.

Not too great but ... (edited 23/05/24)
Update 05/06/24I am now using the unit with Bryton's own Guardia R300L radar unit. Pairing was easy and fast. Early days but it all seems to work. The audible beeps are loud and alert to coming (and cleared) vehicles, very helpful and it can be turned off but why would you? The only negative I can find at the moment and after 2 rides is that the radar indicator line on the right of the computer screen and showing traffic as dots is a little thin (note; It does not look like on the Amazon photos above but is probably half the width). If you have perfect vision this is not an issue but I would personally have it displayed slightly thicker (as it is on certain online photos but not here). I have written to Bryton on their customer site and to their credit, they have replied within 2 days. Not bad. They will forward this to their development team. Future firmware update? Thank you Bryton. After using the unit for a few weeks I have come to appreciate the legibility of the display which is second only to Wahoo's. Even in bright sun light it is very easy to read. The simplicity of the App is a bonus if you want a basic unit with some advanced features. This is the downside of many advanced units with multi colour displays ... they often look washed out, especially in sun light and can be confusing to use. In my humble opinion, legibility in all conditions is of primary importance on a device you briefly glance at when riding. For £69 I can't imagine you would find a more featured and developed unit. Bryton have been doing this for a long time. Whilst the App is not as fluid or fully featured as those of more expensive competitors, it does what it says it does. You will, however, need to buy an upfront bike mount if you want to fix it there though it fits the Garmin mount if you already have one of those.Build quality is fine, battery life great and the computer looks good. I have added a matte screen protector which further aids legibility and a grey case to go with my bike.I am planning to purchase their Radar rear unit too.I mark the unit down due to a lack of buttons. It's not difficult to learn how but on occasions it is a little cumbersome (for example you can scroll down a screen in one direction only). Not a big issue as you do these things either once only to set the computer up or perhaps need to change something. In every day use it is non-consequential. What is more important is that two of the buttons are under the unit, including the on/off button. Not too clever as they are not easily accessible and in case of the on/off button, not at all if the unit is in a front mount. It means it has to come off the mount to start/finish. Not the end of the world but certainly not ideal. The Rider 460 fixed this if that is vital for you.So, not perfect but great value and probably all 95% of riders ever need. Connectivity to Power meters, DI2/SRam groupsets and other sensors is included. If connected to the Bryton app on your phone I believe it also will do re-routing if you come off track.

Compact and speedy unit
I wanted a small GPS unit that was radar compatible for my commute. Great connectivity and has been faultless. Good battery life, the turn by turn navigation is excellent, tried that out for fun on a well known route

Early days, but very impressed so far
Bought this to replace my Garmin Edge 200 that eventually died last weekend. Only used a couple of times so far, but already very impressed with the 420E. Set up was an absolute doddle with the Bryton Active App and the available tutorials. I had the pages set up as I like them and was paired to Strava and Relive; and was trialling on a ride round the block within minutes. The display is clear, the auto-backlight is excellent uploading to Strava was a breeze when compared to my old Garmin. Haven't used all of the features yet, but looking forward to uploading a couple of my routes and trying Follow Track. The only words of caution are that the On/Off button is inaccessible when attached to my out-front mount (but it's not a Bryton mount so I can understand that). Also, while on the point of the mount, I have an aftermarket one - and while the Unit fits and seems stable enough, it doesn't click in like the Garmin did. To combat that I have used the supplied lanyard to provide a back-up in the event that the unit slips from the mount - although that does seem unlikely. I could always use the stem attachment supplied if I was nervous but I prefer the out-front position. All in all - very pleased with the choice - a no-brainer when considering that a similar Garmin/Wahoo unit costs twice as much.Update 03-May: Tried Follow Track over the weekend and all good. Uploading a Strava route was easy and the breadcrumb track was accurate enough. However the price over the last week has increased from the £70 that I paid to a whopping £122 and, had that been the price when I bought it, I would probably have gone for a Garmin Edge 130 plus.

Good for the price but fiddly to operate
Overall this is a nice little bike computer. For the price, to have GPS that logs your route is excellent. It is small, and I worried I wouldn't be able to read it as I'm long sighted so can't see clearly close up. I have found this to be fine though, the digits are large and the display is well lit. The smaller digits to show other details aren't quite as large as I'd like but you can set things up your own way, and you can't have everything when the size is small. So I think they've done a good job using it's small size the best way.The mounting is good too. A bit different, feels cheap with strong elastic bands basically, but it actually works well and is rigid. My main problem with it is the buttons. There are 4 buttons and they're all hard to press, especially with gloves on. The interface isn't user friendly either. Once you understand how it all works, it's ok, but still fiddly. It's also quite slow to change screens but for the price, you can't have it all so it's adequate. If they made something the same price but with nicer buttons and a much more intuitive user interface, I'd like it a lot more.Based on this, I think that if I had the money I'd buy one of their more expensive models as it can only be an improvement.Don't go buying Garmin and paying way over the top when there are cheaper options.

I thought it might have been better than my Garmin 820.
This is a good value bike computer for the money but apart from the battery life (very good at 35 hrs) my trusted Garmin 820 will carry on being used for the foreseeable future. I found the button arrangement difficult to use...sure I would pick it up in time.

Prodotto consigliato. Lo ricomprerei immediatamente.
