The product nip didn’t had the seal which usually all cross pens have. I thought to replace it but i trust Amazon and will use it.Otherwise ok product; not as smooth as a roller but good as a ball point

Pen not working and return has not been done after several attemps
Writing on a rock with another rock is more smooth than writing with this pen. The pen is not working properly it gives hell of work. Totally wasted 4000 rupees on this pen.Even return has not been done since several days. They just leave message you were not available at your place instead I was there only. Pathetic experience for the first time ordering from amazon. Send someone for return.
