JS Dental Lab Night Guard for Teeth Grinding and Clenching - One Unit for Upper or Lower Teeth

This is my first mouth guard and it was so easy to order this online through amazon versus going to the dentist (alot more affordable too). Come to find out I have started grinding my teeth on and off over the last few years, I would wake up with jaw pain and was stumped as to why. Well, I broke a corner off of a top crown and then the molar directly underneath broke, still didn't realize until I woke up grinding in the middle of the night [I sleep like the dead]. I have a healthy fear of the dentist and was so pleased when I found this. The process is super easy and I even had to request smaller trays which were sent out promptly. I ordered the Hybrid and it fits perfectly and is super comfortable, once I was sure I wouldn't choke on it in my sleep and it stayed in place, I ordered a second as a back up.

This is my second bite guard from JS Dental Lab. I used the first one for over 5 years and only had to replace it because I got a new crown which wouldn’t fit in the old one. The process to order was very simple and they provide detailed video instructions on how to make your mold. It fits like a glove and is VERY comfortable. Their customer service is top notch! I highly recommend this company and their products.

I've been using a bruxism guard at night for a few years now. My first guard was fitted at my dentist, and that worked well, but after four years the guard was beat-up and I was liable to grind right through it before long. Over-the-counter boil-and-bite mouthguards are a total no-go for me, I've never had a single one that was comfortable enough to sleep in. I no longer live near my established dentist, and also getting my original guard totaled about $400, so I wanted to find a happy mediumbetween boil-and-bite versus an inconvenient and expensive dentist fitting. I'm literally so happy to report that JS Dental Lab has created exactly that. I made my order through Amazon and JSDL promptly sent me a package that included very clear instructions and more than enough materials to successfully take the impression at home. I got the impression quality approved by sending in photos, was able to send back the impression from my mailbox at home, and a couple weeks later I received a package that included my mouthguard, a storage case, and cleaning supplies. The guard itself fits perfectly (so I didn't need to take advantage of the offered free adjustments) and the transition to using it has been totally seamless. JSDL customer service was proactive, friendly, and prompt through every step of the way. This kind of quality and customer service feels so rare and that's what motivates me to leave a review. I consider the entire experience a total bargain for the price. I'm sure it will take a while before I need a new guard but when the time comes again, JS Dental Lab has my business!

This guard has been a game changer for me. My guard from JS Dental is much more pleasant to wear and so clean looking. The cost is a fraction of what I've been paying from my Dentist's offices. I am so happy I found this company and will purchase all future night guards from them. Also, great customer service!

I really wanted to like this company! But their communication is atrocious! First, it took almost a month for me to get the supplies and get my garden impressions done. Then it took another month for me to get my guard. When I got my guard, I had ordered the 4 mm for the guard and paid extra for the 3-D option and I get it back and yes it’s nice. It’s comfortable, however in my case the 4 mm was applied to one side and not to the other. Getting a human to talk to is impossible at this company. After back-and-forth text and emails they finally offered to fix it. I agreed to that and now it’s been almost a week and I just got a text today saying that they were going to be sending me an email about getting the return package to them. I have never received said email but I also assume that the return shipping is on me I finally just gave up and ordered from another company. It’s too late to get my money back and I doubt with this kind of communication they honor their guarantee

This is my 2nd guard from JS Dental. The original is still in very good condition. I ordered another as a back-up and for travel. This company has excellent customer service and quality products.
