Worked nice

Pulled a leather string through a leather key fob. Just what I needed.

Its stick big and nice for uses lather sofa and cusion , big boots and heavy duty sewing matherial.If you like big hole , should be chose.

These are larger than I had expected. So happy that they were. I have been able to use the one that is open to replace some leather lacing on a saddle and stirrups. May not be an intended use but worked very well.

What's to say? -- it's 2 sewing awls, and they work.

I realize these awls are designed for sewing leather, but I don't use them for that. These tools work very well for installing (ear loop) cord locks on your face masks. For most applications I favor using the hooked awl for two reasons. (1) The groove fits most cords sizes well without fear of cutting or fraying the fabric and (2) since you only have to pull two strands through at a time the loops slide through the cord locks fairly easily. This is a simple (inexpensive) solution to a problem that (without the right tool) can sometimes be a real pain in the neck. Rather than fight with a needle or the tiny little tool some manufacturers include with their products, give this a try. It really does work quite well.

The needle came out of the handle on the first use.
