Prompt response for a missing part.
A nut was missing. As I am not a plumber myself couldn’t make it out earlier. I contacted the customer care and immediately the part was couriered to me. Great after service. The quality of the tap is good.

Very good pillar cock suitable for big wash basins and vanities.
Edit: After 1 year, the black paint has chipped off from most areas. The tap works perfectly though with a nice damped open-close motion. I will probably spray paint it to make it like new again but I would never buy from Aquieen again. I guess you get what you pay for.Excellent product for the price. The build is heavy and it feels very sturdy. The paint quality is also very good. It's a mixer tap (hot and cold) but I have connected both points to a single outlet (normal tank supply). It's almost equivalent to those super expensive matte black taps from big brands available at stores (which cost a bomb). My only grouse is the logo placement at the top, which was not required at all. Hope they remove it in the future batches for a more clean and rich look. Even brands like Kohler do not have anything written on their taps.Just keep one thing in mind - it is not suitable for small or medium basins. I have it installed on my Kerovit vanity which is 4 feet in length and it suits perfectly.

Nice look and finish
Overall the product is good and has perfect finish. But could see rust inside. It's comes with 17 inch and there can be an option to change the length of the connection tube.

NOT A GOOD QUALITY OF COAT
The media could not be loaded. THE PAINT STARTS TO COME OUT RIGHT FROM THE 1ST WEEK OF FITMENT .BAD QUALITYI WOULD REFRAIN FROM BUYING THIS TAP ANY FURTHER .Hope this problem is resolved under waranty .

Horrible quality of paint! Refrain from buying
Tap is good, but you paying premium for this product for the colour than normal stainless steel finish. Please refrain from purchasing this! it starts peeling off immediately from month 1. attaching the condition after 1 year !
