Great product at affordable price
I use this daily with a regimen of other supps for my type 2 diabetes (NO Metformin for me!!! ugh!) My other main supps are Berberine by NOW with MTC oil, Tri-Sugar and Alpha Lipoic, American Ginseng, Ortho-greens, etc. The combination stabilizes my sugar and my eyesight.

Helps to keep me healthy
This brand works well at keeping my allergic reactions from needing medical intervention. I've always been a person that mosquitoes love to bite. Somehow, milk thistle helps to keep my skin reactions from getting horrible, i.e. needing prednisone or prescription drugs. I ran out of this and suddenly I had an itchy rash on my foot. Two days after re-starting milk thistle, the itchiness was gone! The rash was gone after four days. I couldn't be happier about how important taking this is for my overall health. I am 55.

Good Quality Organic Milk Thistle .
I was glad when it was not out of stock. I purchased it eleven times. But as I see it today, the price more than doubled. Still, the quality is good.

Told I had a fatty liver, but blood work came back fine
Bought this as a liver supplement when my doc said I had a fatty liver. Just got labs back and my liver levels are "normal". No taste or aftertaste, kinda a big capsule tho.
