The media could not be loaded. Got it delivered today. And there was no charging in it. So it's charging and only led is on meaning charging is 0-25% done. I charged my phone, it was charging fine. Look could have been better. Weight is 246 gm approximately. Lighter than it's counterparts. For 10000 mah, MRP is RS. 999. And I got it for 699. Considering it's look, it could have been cheaper. 4 LED light are for indicating battery life. On user manual, it's clearly mentioned that what exactly 4 LED light means. So you can refer to pictures. It's still charging. And I charged my phone for like 5 minutes. So, I have to wait and watch, how it's working. And yes there's no warranty card. Only user manual is given in the name of documents. 6 months warranty mentioned on Amazon product page. And toll free number for any assistance. The invoice would work as warranty card, so keep it safe always for warranty claims. Overall, it's good, you can order it. Earlier, I ordered syska power bank and god what a nightmare it was. Never ever buy syska power bank. It's my first ever Mi product. So, I'm hoping some good performance. So, that's all I think. Decide yourself after checking reviews 🙂.

Good product for chargeing

Very bed product.. i purchased 2 times but still I am having a problem to charge my phn and there is no options to return or replace the power bank... I will suggest pls don't purchase this power bank.
