Great product! These are the only iron gummies my kids want to eat.

But it tastes good and doesn’t cause any discomfort to my stomach. I feel it works.

These iron gummies for kids are a hit when it comes to taste; they’re definitely the most enjoyable among the brands I’ve tried. However, there’s one drawback – they leave a lingering metallic aftertaste. While they make iron supplementation more appealing for kids, the aftertaste is a minor downside to an otherwise delicious choice for meeting their nutritional needs.

Anemia runs in my family. I’m anemic, so is my mom and so are my two daughters. Getting my youngest to take anything is really difficult, especially if it doesn’t taste good and she needs it daily. These are perfect!! She takes it with no complaints at all. The texture and flavor are way better than using the liquid iron supplement.

I have been giving these to my grandson who is a very picky eater. He likes them and would take them almost every day. He did have low iron and his iron levels went up after about 6 weeks. The concern came after going to the dentist. She stated she is starting to notice some tooth decay and asked if he takes gummy vitamins. She stated they have too much sugar on them. That is too bad because he took them willingly and it did appear to help iron levels.

I have been using this for a month or so now. I cannot take regular iron pills since they make me sick, and I have not had any issues with these. I take two gummies in the morning, which equals to 10mg of mircroencapsulated iron. For reference, SloFe has 45 mg of elemental iron which equals to 142 mg of ferrous sulfate, (if that makes any sense to you.) I have rated it a bit lower in taste. There's a bit of grape flavor, and you can taste the iron, so it took a bit to get used to, but now it's fine. These are coated in the sugar, which doesn't bother me, but I know some people don't want it. Overall, though, I feel that it does work. My hair is not falling out in clumps like it was, and I feel I have some more energy. If you can't take regular iron pill, I would recommend giving these a try!

Absolutely. Disgusting. Tastes like blood. Yes, I know blood tastes the way it does because of the iron, but it seems like they did NOTHING to cover it. I have a very strong stomach and even I couldn't eat one without dry heaving.

I really love that this company is run through an FDA-inspected facility and that this gummy is good(ish) tasting but not so good that you want to eat way too many (done that before as a child). It tastes sort of like a white grape flavor to me, like those frozen white grape juices. Most iron supplements contain your daily value or more and because I eat a decent amount of fortified and iron-rich foods, but still need a little boost, this dosage is perfect for me at just one gummy a day to boost my iron. I initially bought the first bottle for about $12 on repeat delivery but just found it on sale for under $8 and canceled my previous $12 repeat delivery for the on-sale $8 repeat delivery fee, which makes this product even more worth it in my opinion. Not sure about the absorbency rate, but it comes with vitamin c to increase the absorbance, so I think that's awesome too.
