Wow! Who knew cleaning floors could be fun?
I've always got down on my hands and knees to clean floors as I have always felt that is the only assurance of really having a clean floor, but, faced with a larger floor area, I started to consider a mop set. Having used those huge floppy mops that come with great big buckets once or twice in the past, I was not interested in such a thing. They always seem to slosh loads of water all over the place and they are very unwieldy, and the mop itself strikes me as dirty all the time, plus you cannot really clean it properly. Nor can you easily change the water as the whole thing is so cumbersome. So when I saw this and read about how you can rinse off all the water by spinning it, and that it was compact and fitted neatly into, for example, the undersink cupboard (including the pole, which disassembles), I thought I would give it a go.Well, what a hit! The children fight over who wants to use it. It's really cool, easy to use, and incredibly effective. You can rinse the mop really easily and thoroughly by spinning it, the water can be changed really easily, if needed, and best of all, you can put the mop head in the washing machine afterwards so you know it is spotlessly clean every time you use it.I bought some replacement non-Vileda mops for when the one supplied wears out, but honestly, they are thinner and inferior. I haven't used one yet as I won't need to for quite some time, but I intend to pay the extra for the Vileda ones as they are much better. At £21, I did not think this mop set unreasonable. It is fun, effective, efficient, compact and easily stored. Another product that I can give top marks to, unusually in a world in which the customer usually feels ripped off, abused, dissatisfied and disappointed. Well done, Vileda!

Saves water
Good mop I like the size I only have a couple of small vinyl floors and stone so ideal also like the side stands up so you wash the kickboard on the kitchen cupboards at the same time as washing the floor saves on water as small bucket

Rim to fragile
Bit complicated to put mope together p, but once done very easy to use, does exactly what it says in description, was sceptical about how clean microfibre pad would be due to reviews but after a good spin on the roller came up clean every time, only downside is that the rim is very fragile & split and chipped (as seen in the photo) when trying to remove mop after spinning for first time. Mop can also get very saturated and unable to wring it out like a traditional mop, despite that, was quick & easy to use& great for getting into the corners & front of skirting boards etc due to the side that can flip up

Do not buy.
Not worth the money, choose a different system. The mop doesn't release from the bucket easily and water spilled everywhere, the mop also doesn't wring out properly so you have to dry the floor with towels. The mop itself also come apart when you try to spin the water out. Absolutely rubbish and I will have to buy a whole new one.

Good Idea That's Not Quite There Yet...
It's a good idea and innovative compared to the many other mops on the market but I just don't think it's there yet as the finished article. If the company reads these reviews, in my opinion what the mop is missing is a second higher level in the bucket on the spinner mechanism.I understand the idea of slow spin to soak up the water and fast spin to rinse but it doesn't work as expected in my opinion.I can't see how the mop will get the required wetness on the minimum water level to sufficiently mop the floor and at the maximum the mop head is too wet and even spinning fast still touches the water. As above I think you need either a rubber stopper integrated on the spinner somehow so that when it comes to soaking the head you push it over the stopper to the lowest level that sits in the water. Then when you're ready to rinse the head you pull the head back over the stopper whereby it sits on that level and then you spin it.If not a stopper then some kind of higher notch or ledge it clips/sits on to spin.About 98% of the water in the bowl isn't being utilized so I'm unsure why the bucket is that deep. I could understand it if you dunked the mop then spun the mop but that doesn't happen. In it's current design the mop head only skims the top of the water.I don't know how others mop their floor but I use bleach and hot water and utilize all of the water by submerging the whole of the mop.I understand the head is flat so therefore the whole of the head doesn't need to be submerged but as mentioned above, if that's the case the bucket needs to be shorter as it seems a waste of water just to wet a floor pad about an inch in thickness.Other than the above though, I think it's on the right track and just needs some adjustments.

Does the job. I love it!
Efficient, floor dries quickly, very easy to use! The only thing that needs a bit of improvement is the length of the handle! I am 1.68m and I find the handle to be on the short side!

Vileda does the Job
This new round mop from Vileda really offers a very useful and practical cleaning. At first, it requires practice to since it is used differently than traditional mops. However, once you learn how to hold the handle and at what speeds to move the handle up and down, it really becomes very practical. (The user manual is a bit insufficient, it would be better if the manual was prepared in a much clearer way)Don't let the round shape of the mop fool you. Thanks to the round plate breaking with a little pressure, you can clean all corners completely. I can easily use it on surfaces such as ceramics, marble and parquet. If you squeeze the water well, the wetness decreases and thus it can be used safely on almost all surfaces. However, you should still read the manufacturer's instructions thoroughly.A bit expensive but worth.

Poor Design – Leaves Floors Too Wet
The mop handle keeps unscrewing while in use, which is frustrating and makes cleaning harder than it should be. Additionally, the mop head doesn’t wring out properly, leaving the floor too wet and taking too long to dry. Disappointed with the overall design and functionality. Wouldn’t recommend.
