I have the Medium - The sleeve is a little to tight but does work I just can not leave it on for any length of time. I will have to order a large next time.I am using the elbow pads more then the compression sleeve. They do help a lot and ease the pain I have.I use these along with heading pad and I even take them to work with me as my elbow tends to act up a lot at work with the lifting I do.

Brace fits well. I don't really use the straps, but the velcro holds well.

Great for drummers and guitar players
I use these for hand drumming and my guitar players uses his as well. They do the trick with elbow pain due to too much repetition.

Very helpful
Using it at work for work related discomfort. The band is very comfortable and stays in place on the sleeve. The previous band I bought did not stay in place at all. I am not using the other band above the elbow. It isa good value.

Great product for an exceptional price
A few months ago I started having pain in my left elbow that would shoot down to my forearm. I have bilateral carpal tunnel, right is severe and left is moderate to severe. I was surprised that I developed tendinitis in my left and not my right. I’ve been treating it with NSAIDs, which do work, but I would rather not take them long term, for fear of developing ulcers. So I decided to purchase a ABYON Professional Elbow compression sleeve and bands. I just received them today and tried the sleeve first. I have decided I will be using the sleeve at night. I have lost many hours of sleep after waking up to shooting, excruciating pain. I will use the bands during the day at work. With the limited use so far, I can report the sleeve and bands are comfortable and it helps that I used a $3 off coupon, so the price was awesome. Hopefully these will give me some relief and the help I need to heal.

Order the correct size
The area on my arm indicated I should order a medium. It measured 10.5 inches. However based on other reviews I chose to get a small. I'm glad I did. Even with a small, the elbow sleeve is not tight. It has good support but using the band makes it more effective. The fabric on the sleeve is very comfortable. I've only had it a few days so I cannot say if it helps with my tennis elbow, but it's a good product.
