Razer Stealth Battery Replacement - So far so good
I called around to my local "Geek Squad" and comparable services and prices ranged from $275 and up for a battery replacement and install job. I'm all-in around $70 on battery purchase and tools for DIY. Don't recall there being any instructions once having received the battery but none-the-less the install was pretty straight forward ... So far battery is fully charged and working as advertised -

Crapped out after month.
Worked great for about a month and a half.. Then it would not charge and my system would not recognize the battery. Not sure what went wrong but I kept the original battery and that still works. Very disappointing but I guess you get what you pay for. Better off buying genuine Lenovo parts of eBay or something.

Battery was the correct one and easy to install. We'll see how it lasts but so far, so good.

So far so good. Though I don't recall whether it came with instructions, it was easy to install after I watched someone else on YouTube replace the battery.

Great battery replacement
It was a pain at first to calibrate the battery, it took me around 5 times. But after that it worked like a brand new laptop without issues.
