Product was listed as a new. It arrived in bubble wrap in an already opened static sleeve. Umm ok, whatever as long as it works right? I purchased this as a drop in replacement for a k40. i get everything swapped over. re rack the server and it doesn't post. That's weird, did I break my server? I pop the k40 back in and it posts just fine. Yep the m40 was DOA.This seller isn't selling new cards they are selling used cards. I didn't break anything with weird setup or wiring, my server workstation was built for a Tesla card. This one in on the seller. Returned and awaiting refund.

When using with supplied adapter mine almost burned up in my machine. Had that burnt ozone smell and never got to use it. Had to return. Still waiting on refund a week after sent.
