This product came packaged properly for electrics in bubble packaging and included everything I needed to get started. It had the charger, Wi-Fi dongle even though it has a built in Wi-Fi card, a new keyboard and mouse, and the power cable. It also had a fresh install of MS Office 11. This was a quality purchase.

Everything was packaged nicely. I received a bonus mouse, keyboard, and wifi dongle.One small issue was a screw banging around inside the PC. It appears to belong to a bigger full sized PC tower. Not sure how it ended up it there but I'm glad it was making noise. Would've shorted something for sure.PC is working properly so far.

This little computer works well for me. I'm planning to install Linux Mint operating system on it. Happy with this purchase.

I was excited to use this and it worked well for a few hours. Suddenly while using Firefox to Google something the screen started to jitter and I got a "cannot allocate memory" failure. Shortly after the screen went black. I rebooted the pc and it no longer had an operating system. After having my IT guy look at it he stated the hard drive was no longer recognized by the system and it was nonfunctional. The drive burnt out and the most assistance I got was "reorder it and return the old one through Amazon." I'm not impressed with the customer service and begrudgingly ordered a new one as this is the best priced pc in my needs and form factor. Here's hoping this was a fluke but time will tell. Wasted time, energy and gas to return this. Buy at your own risk!

Item was in great condition and even came with a mouse keyboard and wifi USB adapter. Mine also came with a HDMI port so I didn't need to get a HDMI to displayport adapter. Came with windows 11 as well. I might have just gotten lucky but either way I'm satisfied

It's fast, silent, clean and great condition, an excellent value. Didn't need the wired keyboard and mouse though.

I bought this to run a packet radio node, and it's perfect for that role. I didn't want something that would draw too much power, but I wanted a computer with more options than a Raspberry PI or similar SBC.Be warned, however, that my example did not include the pictured DB9 serial port, which I needed for my packet TNC.I had to purchase The correct adapter to attach to the pin header (Lenovo FRU 04X2733 ), which set me back another $30.

I connected this to one of the extra HDMI ports on my TV. You will need a Display Port to HDMI adapter cable, and a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to do that, which you can find easily here on Amazon. This tiny computer sits very inconspicuously on the shelf next to my unused DVD player and Roku module. Now we daily enjoy browsing the web from our easy chairs, and we especially enjoy using the Steam app (Jackbox Games) on the TV, since we don't have an Xbox or any of that kind of thing. If browsing the web is basically all you do with your computer, this is all you need in your home office too.
