I've used Clarity for years and will continue to because it works.

Following listed directions got no result.

Didn't work at all. Left my water cloudy...Disappointed

Everytime I added 1 capful to my 10 Gal. tank the water cleared up within 1-2 hours. When I added 2 capfuls to my 20 Gal. tank same results. Works every time. Highly recommend.

It works about 75% of the time if several doses over a few days are given. It only works about 50% of the time with one dose. As a matter of fact it actually makes water even more cloudy over the first dose and day.It does cause smaller material in the water column to clump together into larger clumps but still passes right through most filter sponges and pads therefore not actually removing the cloudiness in all cases. What I have discovered is that it, when used with other Seachem chemical treatments (like Pristine) can do the job nicely over time. But don't expect quick miracle clean water if you have lots of tiny particulates floating in your water.
