The capsules in the bottle are huge and whatever the capsules are made of don’t go down the easiest. Definitely need lots of water to swallow them

So far, so good. It’s been about three weeks and I don’t know if it’s the Piping Rock tablets but…I’m far less fatigued, even after an 18 hour day at work. My skin seems a little firmer, less wrinkly, less dry. Strangely, my appetite and sugar cravings seem decreased. Again, I don’t know if it’s this supplement but I’ve not made other diet or lifestyle changes lately to which I can attribute these general improvements in my energy level and appearance. It’s not my imagination, as my family have made favourable comments. The bottles I purchased were well-packaged and had no smell. Yes, the tablets are a bit large but no problems getting them down. Price is great, and I’m putting these on subscription.

Noticed no benefits after a month of use. Capsules had an odd smell, and I experienced mild nausea. Overpriced for something so ineffective. Wouldn’t buy again.
