Q: What is the length of the hanger/wood?

I just measured a hanger of mine and the wood is 10 3/4-inches

Q: When you unclamp the hanger, can the bottom of the hook fall off the hanger like the black plastic versions or is it permanently connected to the bar?

No, I bought these pants hangers to avoid those flimsy plastic hooks. They work very well and stabilize the trouser cuffs. They are a bit more costly than the black plastic hook, but well worth the extra cash to avoid aggravation.

Q: Picture from woodlore. Com does not have a stamp that says woodlore on their cedar pant hangers and are cheaper please tell me the difference

My stamped Woodlore hangers have a length similar to no brands, but the latter have a height if only 1 1/8" and the former 1 1/2. Overall the Woodlores are sturdier, as they should be for the difference in price.
