I would recommend this product everytime.
I used a liquid type of lycithin until I found this powdered type. I love this brand and that it’s powdered. The flavor is amazing and the pull date on it is 3 years out which expands the shelf life of the oil I make. It’s perfect for what I use it for and I will continue to buy.

This brand sunflower lethicin was pretty good, it did what it was supposed to. It was a good value for the price.

. . . and the oil and vinegar in your dressing won't separate. Directions are on the package.

Used for oat milk, total fail. Almond milk =ok
Making oat milk added the recommended amount, mixed thoroughly. The granules clumped and separated out. Blended at high speed with Blend Tec, placed in refrigerator. The next day the milk had separated into two layers, each with their own floating layer of granules/undissolved particles. Blended again. Same result after a day. Does not appear dissolve let alone bind/emulsify.Tried with Almond milk and pre-dissolved in water. Over night it stayed stable.

Great product. A little expensive but it did a great job on a oil mixture I made. Will buy again.
