I love this tool
I love this machine it's nearly paid for itself in the first two weeks I have had it . It's very easy to use ,as intuitive as a basic tablet but a thousand times more useful I have already used the key programming function a couple times this feature alone has saved me a tremendous amount of time and money . I would easily buy this item again and recommend it to anyone

So far my husband has used it to detect ac malfunction in our 2008 Chevy Tahoe, he was cleaning the throttle body and accidentally deprogrammed it.....lucky us we had our diagnostic equipment! Also a friend with a 2010 toyota corolla had engine light on... the car would run smooth running but when to a stop it would turn off— so it ended up duagnosting a foul pcm and throttle body codes—-so resetted pcm and erased throttle body codes and car seemed to work.Great device to save you dealership mechanic fees

Best Diagnostic Tool
One of the best, most universal all around diagnostics tool I have used. Very easy and straightforward to use. I highly recommend this tool.

So far so good
Only used a handful of times so far. Not a professional mechanic but do all my own work on our 8 vehicles. I like knowing I can do relearns and having the bi directional feature if I ever need to chase a bad wire, ground, motor, sensor etc…

Exceeds Snap on tools and similar manufacturers.
Excellent product for a great price. As a Ford mechanic for 15 yrs it was difficult to find a scan tool that could perform some of the same functions as the ids Ford platform. I have used the snap on, launch, and the cornwell tools brand and this one exceeds them by so much. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a scan tool at a fair price.

Need to add a speaker
For what you pay for this unit it should have a speaker or audio output jack .It has internet connectivity , when looking up error codes it will link to YouTube , but no sound .other than that you will have to know what you are looking at (data morgens) to know if something is Wong with your vehicle,. It seems that I been doing an upgrade one a month for different programs . (it only comes with one year of free upgrades , you will have to purchased an extra 2 years for under $300.00 US.
