Change in quality
Had one like this previously. This one the quality is worse and for some reason is longer than my prior one. Stitching coming out on the inside/unraveling.

Black Backpack
The backpack that was sent to me was not the backpack pictured. Similar, but definitely not the same. I was trying to replace a previous backpack, like the one pictured. The one I received was also very poor quality in comparison to the previous backpack.
