Wonder Works!
Although it took multiple applications, this product did work. It requires some planning on account of the product needs to be applied while the drain/s is/are not in use. For me that was just before bedtime. My situation was unique because I had had a leak under my kitchen sink, so the flies were well established, and I need to spray the area under the sink and around the cabinets to get rid of the larvae. It was a challenge.

This product really works
I just received this product yesterday evening, I cleaned the bathtub and immediately put in in as directed and to my surprise this gel really works, I am so happy, my bathroom floor is cleaner and all the gnats are in the bathtub and around the drain. I cleaned it this morning and reapplied it in the bathtub and sink faucets just in case they come out of there. I am so very happy, I will order another bottle just in case I need it.

It didn't work for us. We will have to call bug man. It may work for other people.

Toxic to me
I had an allergic reaction to the citronella in this product, which is stronger than in bug spray, and ended up in the emergency room with difficulty breathing and my lungs burning. I did not wear rubber gloves but did wash my hands afterwards. Nonetheless, I immediately had a burning sensation after flossing my teeth followed by difficulty breathing and my chest burned until well into the next day. Apparently, despite washing my hands I still had some of the substance on them although I didn't think at the time that I had any on me at all. I don't know if it would have worked because I flushed it down the drain since I clearly had an allergic reaction. Researching online, Canada banned citronella between 2012-2015. It's not really as harmless as I thought, especially if you accidentally aspirate it or get it on your hands. I would advise caution in applying this product, and I don't think I would risk small children, who are especially susceptible, being exposed to the fumes.

Flys Begone
I have to use this at least once or twice every other month. I live in a very old home, and I have sewer flies that come up in the floor drains in the basement. They are very hard to get rid of, but this helps, I would recommend it.

Didn't Work
Product didn't solve my drain fly problem. I used the required amount the first 3 days then tried doubling it a few times, then just started pouring it in good...until I used the entire bottle. Each day I still would have flies. I even tried covering the drain after pouring it in overnight... Still flies would emerge when I removed the cover. My solution has been a Katchy. Good luck.

It helps a little
Followed instructions.Fly Repellent: YES (temporary)Drain Fly Treatment: YES (temporary)Eliminates Drain Flies for Kitchen and Bathroom Sinks: NOSay Bye to Pesky Drain Flies: NOThis product is not a permanent solution.Because of my experience with this product I have to say that it is overpriced as treatments need to be repeated periodically and additional products have to be used thus adding to the cost. For now I will have stick with much more budget friendly management of the problem (RAID etc)

Works as advertised, and has a pleasant scent.
We put this in each drain before bed time. We closed off any drains we could with a stopper, and for the one in the shower that didn't have a stopper, we put some plastic wrap down. Just sprayed probably 8 sprays per drain. The next morning no more humpback flies. This product works as advertised, and I have referred it to my neighbors who are having the same issue.Awesome product, will buy again if I have another humpback fly outbreak.
