The most realistic fire from a fake fireplace
The media could not be loaded. I love our fireplace, the fire mode looks so cozy and it has a bunch of different modes to match your mood. Install was easy, it’s very quiet and I really thought the price for the fireplace was very reasonable. If I ever move we are likely to get another one

Buy another brand
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My dimplex operated for approx 10 minutes when the flicker motor started to fail. Called Dimplex immediately, parts and labor covered under warranty. 6months later still nothing. Warranty means nothing if you can't get parts. This is not made in the USA as told

Dimplex ignite xl
Love this fireplace. 7 different colors. Beautiful at night. I bought the driftwood and did a mix of crystals, River rock stones and lots of crystals.It’s the focal point of my home. What’s good about the Dimplex you can leave the heat off and just use it as ambience. Heater is really quiet.
