Love it!
I originally purchased this a while back with the intention of getting in shape for my friend's wedding. However, things came up, and I ended up only using it once before the wedding, and it kicked my butt after only following a few videos. It was a good workout, and I kept telling myself that I needed to keep with it. But it's easy to let life make excuses. 🫠It took me a little later to get remotivated to work out (i.e. pictures from my friend's wedding). It's much easier to ignore how much you've let yourself go when you don't look in the mirror more than necessary or are a fan of taking pictures. So, seeing those pictures of myself really put things into perspective, and I wanted to start getting back into shape right away. I decided that I wouldn't let the DIPDA go to waste.I initially decided to pick the DIPDA twister boards after much deliberation for the following reasons:- I have a weak ankle from an old injury, and was looking for exercise options that wouldn't strain it- I've gotten more self-conscious over the years so I wanted something that would give me a good work out while being easily accessible from home vs going to the gym- I liked the idea that I would be able to follow along visually with the youtube videos, so there was still a "trainer" aspect to it and that it would be a more "fun" type of exercise to hopefully help motivate me (I tried a zumba class once and it was a little too-fast pace and I remember falling at one point trying to catch up. I still live with that embarassment 🙃)- My room is on the second floor, so I wanted something that would be quiet that wouldn't disturb anyone below. Here's my take after having used it for awhile:- It really does provide a great work out; I would categorize it as high intensity, low impact. There are a variety of different kinds of workouts to choose from: full body, lower body, upper body, timed exercises, etc. I do agree with comments that starting out, it is a bit awkward trying to move your feet on the swivel boards. I've found that focusing on the hand/arm movements actually make it easier for my feet to naturally start moving. The moment I try too hard to focus on what my feet are doing, I end up losing the rhythm and forgetting how I was even able to move my feet in the first place.- The trainer is really energetic. She keeps her energy and positivity up the entire exercise, even as you can see that she is visibly sweating just like you. It's really helpful to see that and her positivity keeps the exercises fun.- People have been complaining that the videos are in Korean, but they're honestly quite easy to follow along without knowing the language. I implore anyone that is uncertain about this product due to the language to give it a try. It really isn't that much of an issue. Also, there are a few videos that have English subtitles and there is a trainer that appears in a couple of the video that does verbally explain things in English. Personally, I've found myself focusing more on trying to imitate the movements that I'm not even paying attention to what she's actually saying.- I like that there's a variety of music. There are videos of solely English hits, Korean ones, and even medlies of dance music/remixes. I actually find it more difficult to follow along with the hits playlists over the random dance mixes. As the exercises are tailored to the music, some of it can get pretty intense to match the BPM (i.e. Turn Down for What was one of the songs and there was a lot of running-esque motion to it as well as some thigh master-type movements). I think it's also a factor of being familiar with a song which causes you to focus on the song itself a bit more and trying to get the movements to really match up. Whereas with the dance mixes, I feel like it's a lot easier to follow along due to the nonstop movements and I don't feel as pressured as with familiar songs to be right on beat. It feels more comfortable during those mixes to take things a bit more at my own pace. Also, I think it would be quite easy for someone to just mute the video's music, turn on whatever they prefer and just follow the movements.- Doing theses exercises have really nailed the idea in my head that the most important thing is to move. People say it all the time, but the swivel boards are what really cemented it for me in the sense that whenever I feel like I have two left feet and don't know what I'm doing, I just start moving. I kind of mentioned it above when I talked about how it's a bit more comfortable to take things with my own pace for the dance mixes, but maybe it's more correct to say that it feels more forgiving? Like, just knowing that I'm trying my best to move, even if I'm not 100% doing things at trainer's speed or maybe my movements are a little off, is enough.- I wish I had started measuring myself from before I started to give more accurate data, but here are some results thus far of consistently keeping up with this daily for a few weeks. My stomach, which is my main area concern, has tightened up and is NOTICIBLY sagging less. (You guys don't know how happy it made me to see that kind of progress. 🥺 I was really proud of myself ☺️) My thighs have also toned up as well! It's been extremely motivating to see these results so I'm going to do my best to keep up with it.Anyway, if you've gotten through this far , thanks for sticking with me! I do hope you end up giving this product and the videos a try, and that they are able to assist you on your fitness journey like they've been helping me.Thanks for listening to my tedtalk, byeeee!😬(p.s. - Just an fyi, I used a belly sweat band and a sweat gel during my workouts and I think they were helpful in me getting the results that I did. The only other exercises I did during this time were leg stretches from videos I found on youtube.)

Amazing!
I can't even believe there are bad reviews about this product! The videos on YouTube are fun and it's very easy to follow along, regardless of the language. I think people just need something to complain about lol. Anyway, they work great, I tested them against another brand and returned the other brand and bought another set of these just in case I can get one of my kids to work out with me. I have really bad sciatica, where I'm literally crying every time I have to stand up after laying down. I work at a standing desk all day and the pain in my left leg is awful. So I stand there on my dipda core twister disks and twist around and it helps! They're so quiet that the people on the phone can't hear them while I'm twisting away. Please don't listen to the bad reviews. I'm losing weight, getting in shape, and it's really due to this product. It takes the pressure off ankles and knees, traditional aerobics is hard on the joints and knees. These exercises are softer movements, the part where you put your foot is sturdier than any other brand, and it holds an awful lot of weight and doesn't squeak or wear it down. So easy to use, no assembly, just pull them out of the box and step on them. Can't wait to try more workout videos with my dipda ab twisters!

So fun to dance along to salsa, cumbia, and bachata!
I literally just took them out of the box about 20 minutes ago because I was dancing around to a bachata playlist and remembered I hadn't used these yet. These are so rad!!! I haven't even looked for the videos because these let me dance right along to the music I was listening to already. But I'll check those out for sure.Definitely recommend using a wall to help you get on if it's been a while since you've done balance work, but once you're on, they're really sturdy. I'm 5'6" 249lbs right now (which is why I bought these because I need some fun cardio to get in shape to go back to my previous workouts before quarantine weight took over), and I felt completely supported. I'd also recommend moving GENTLY at first so that you don't strain your back. They're fun and really make you move, so it's easy to want to do larger movements than you should at the beginning. I don't see these as total backbreakers if you're mindful of your body mechanics, but you should still take it easy if you're getting back into shape or getting in shape for the first time.Only giving 4 stars for now because it's only been 15 minutes and it'd be weird to give them 5 stars so soon. But if we go by how much I'm already sweating and how much I can feel it in my waist, thighs, and HIPS - I'll be back to add that other star in no time. :)

I love these little exercise things!!!
I love these little exercise foot pads. I never would have thought that these little foot pads on a spinning turntable would give such a fun and great work out but let me tell y'all, they really do! I have really enjoyed them! They give the best work out especially when you turn on some music. I had never heard of them before until I stumbled across them on Amazon while looking for other exercise equipment and became more intrigued about how they worked so I ordered them... The price was reasonable and the fun is limitless especially if you like to dance. Takes a few turns on them to get familiar with balance so that you don't fall but after that is mastered let the fun and enjoyment of music, dance, and exercise begin. I am very pleased with my purchase and I'm considering ordering another pair for back up in case something should happen to this pair.
