I’d ordered 2 sets of the 12x16. One arrived & the prints were beautiful. The company was very responsive to my request for a resolution. They refunded the difference - including the sales tax !Apparently, that’s the best solution in this case.So, I’ve ordered another set. I’ll have them framed & 1 for my apartment & 1 for the office.I highly recommend this company for their excellent product & customer service.
