Item arrived 2 day ahead of date given só was very happy with that !Item that arrived was correct spec but monitor was wrong size but Customer service at the shop was amazing , understandably these things happen from time to time but they were very helpful and had the problem rectified in a couple of days once we had arranged a pick up time to send back down to them nothing was too much of a hassle ,shame more places Can’t be like this 10 out of 10 . I even bought a renewed Apple Mac Pro laptop for them which they upgraded free of charge.Very Responsive and reliable I’m glad I found this company and I will be using them more often , their machines Are totally Reliable and great value for moneyAnd I will encourage other people to go to them for renewed Apple tech

Delivered But does not work

Would be perfect if the system came with an apple keyboard and apple mouse as advertised instead of a Microsoft one like I got the main reason I bought it was I thought everything was apple

Well worth it
Arrived in excellent condition with 20GB RAM. Works perfectly including built mic, video camera, WiFi, etc. The admin user password was missing. Made contact through Amazon feedback and receive a quick response.

Not up to date.
First imac great as contained Microsoft Office for Mac as stated. Failed to work after 11 months so IT trade replaced it, which was great. The replacement sent is too old to download apps such as Microsoft Office which I need and is now past warranty. Despite it not being replaced with a like-for-like computer, company are not interested. Will be reporting to Amazon.

27” iMac good but has issues
Brilliant iMac 27” they even upgraded the ram for me. However, after using it for a few weeks, the internal hard-drive 1tb has packed in, so currently running it on an external hard drive. Should offer a service to upgrade the internal hard drive to ssd. Tried to contact the company, hasn’t returned my emails.
