Installation is a paid service where i paid 400/- and 485/- for pipes.I have seen few reviews, where they are getting sound while heating. But there is no sound it is completely silent heating process.The 15-liter capacity is ideal for a small family, providing enough hot water for showers and other uses without any hassle. GOOD PRODUCT

The media could not be loaded. Though I am giving five star for the product , there was a big issue about installation. So first will start with an issue . While surfing through the geysers from different brands, by means of features and price it was a best selection, claimed with free installation. But when product delivered, A.O. smith CCS refused for a free installation in “PAN INDIA” region. So basically one feels cheated .I am a guy with long technical bas in electrical mechanical, i installed it myself ( let them enjoy warranty breach or whatsoever)Now about product : initially it is working fine and as glass lined tank may have a less scallion .2 kw heater with 6 liters storage is okay and one need to sitch it on before atlist 5 minutes. No annormal voice during heating and what i like about this product that inlet and outlet fittings comes with a very good quality.6 litters storage is enough for a two persons ! If u are not a hot water fish ! Flow is good .Reliability will let you know after 3 months but considering price this is good deal and material is strong .Only installation part is “ look , check and ask AO smith first then purchase” basis

Product seems to be good, the pipes are not included with the unit and technician charged for it in additional what is given for installation.
