Solid, highly functional, and very economical
These are a fantastic value for the versatility they add to your existing kit. They bring the plane of focus much closer to the lens enabling macro photography with the uncompromised precision of whatever lens you pair them with. If you already have a quality lenses putting these between the camera and lens will produce equally high quality images (unlike cheap macro filters which severely degrade IQ but cost about the same). You lose a bit of light but unless you're shooting in dim conditions that's not much of a concern. Compared to dedicated macro lenses which cost hundreds or even more than a thousand dollars I can't imagine why anybody would not just buy these unless they were habitually working in a professional capacity, handheld, in dim lighting conditions. Autofocus and other functions work without issue. Highly recommended for anybody wanting to augment their existing e-mount mirrorless kit with macro capability.

Works great, but.....
This works great, but something you have to understand is this changes the focal point. For one example I used these on my Sony AIII and a Sony 24mm 1.4GM. To focus on an item you need the front of the lens about 1 inch away from the subject. This is too close if you want to take a picture of a bee or something that is alive. On my Sony 24-70mm 2.8 GM I need to be about 2 inches away to focus on something. The range of 24-70 didn't make much difference. For my last example I used my Sony 85mm 1.8 lens. The minimum focus distance on this lens is pretty far at 2.62 feet (80cm). With this lens I can be about 1 foot away to focus on my subject. Here are some tips; If you use manual focus and focus as close as possible you can get more magnification, and if you focus to infinity you can get less. Also, use the 16mm extension tube on the camera body first if you are stacking these. If I put the 10m extension tube on the camera, and attach the 16mm on the lens, I get a funny yellow color. If I attach the 16mm tube on the camera body, and then stack the 10mm, the color is fine. For best results I'd use a lens that has a longer minimum focusing distance. I think any of the Sony 70-200mm lenses would work excellent with this kit. I don't have such a lens yet though. Autofocus is pretty good. I took some of my practice shots on a $1 dollar bill and my camera was actually using eye autofocus on George Washington's eyes.

Does as described
They do a great job and work as they're supposed to. Some people seem to be having problems with them focusing, but they're probably just not getting close enough. You do lose the ability to focus far with these, but that's just how extension tubes work. The only thing keeping me from giving these a 5 is the lack of caps. Since these do have the electronics needed for AF, it would be great to include some form of caps to protect them, rather than having to purchase them separately.

Works better than expected
I bought this for cheap introduction to macro on my Sony a7r iii and it works great. Autofocus works fine. Proper do complain about it but with macro you don't have too much focus range anyways due to the extreme shallow depth of field. Good quality material. Metal, think plastic, almost like lens quality. I bought these over the meike mainly because I've bought other neewer products and they seem like good quality for the price. One thing I do wish they came with some kind of cover to keep as much dust or of them and away from my sensor as possible.

They do not focus at all
I've tried these with a few different lenses and distances and noticed that these do not focus at all. No matter how hard you try it wont. Also another issue is the rings are not a solid lock. I notice the lens will move a fraction of an inch with these. Definitely not ideal & makes me nervous with an expensive lens at the other end

Works well depending on your lens, but mine broke.
The 10mm worked okay with my 35mm 1.4 GM prime. Used them something like 15-20 times over the last 3 years.Recently took them out of my bag and realized the 10mm had separated and all the springs and pins had come lose in the pouch. Looks like the plastic where the screw connects broke off; not sure how, as it was always securely stored in the pouch and in my camera bag, or on my camera. For the price I can't really be too upset, but I had hoped to get more use out of them.

Almost as Good as a Macro Lens
And a WHOLE lot cheaper! They are made of metal, not plastic, and fit my e-mount Sony well. There is not any scraping of poorly fitting metal, and they go on and come off easily. I've had poorly fitting extension tubes ruin a lens and was apprehensive about ordering these. I friend loaned me his, I tried them out, saw that they weren't going to ruin my lens, ordered them, and the rest is photographic history (sort of!)

Macro Outstanding!!
For such a small cost, the outcomes are OUTSTANDING! It doesn’t have auto focus but manual focus does the job! Great addition to my gear bag!
