Poor process
The process for this is not good. I followed the directions and have absolutely no idea when I will get my results. It’s been over 2 weeks since mailed in hair sample. No emails, no calls. Nothing

Hair test kit for lab results!
My husband cut my hair in several places to send to the lab. we used the card sent for a scale, they sent me a new package dealing with hair amount was not enough, I sent plenty of hair and they trashed it and my hair is thin enough, I spent 100.00 dollars and got nothing!
